My trip to the airport was so sad. I tried to be the last one to give a gift by giving my host mom one a half hour before we left for the airport, but she managed to give me my chopsticks I'd been using at home right before I left. I think it was Melissa who mentioned they will always give the last gift, and she was right! I got them something that I'll be sending shortly though. My host mom and I both cried at the airport, it was really sad/cute. I think it was only then that it hit me I was really leaving and that everyone else was gone.

Home and all that. Switching back to my normal journal, since the Japan trip is over. New friends- I added you on that one, so add me back.
